California Seller of Travel Disclosure: CST #2151995. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This agency maintains a compliant trust account.

1. Agency Role & Liability

We act solely as a sales agent for travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or financial stability of these independent third-party vendors.

2. Bookings and Payments

All deposits and final payments are subject to the specific terms of the booking supplier. Penalties and cancellation rules vary by operator and will be disclosed at the time of your quote.

3. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment from unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

4. California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF)

If the seller of travel is registered in California, transaction losses may be eligible for the TCRF. This applies only to passengers located in California at the time of sale. Deductions or claims must be submitted within specified legal timelines.
